Spiritual Hikes Terms and Conditions

1. We provide any vehicle (car, tempo traveler, Volvo bus) based on occupancy and company choice.

2. Pickup may be delayed by 2–3 hours due to natural or traffic conditions; the company is not responsible.

3. Drop delays due to weather, landslides, traffic, or missing flights/trains/cabs are not the company’s responsibility.

4. If the tour is extended due to weather or unavoidable conditions, extra charges will apply for stay and transport.

5. We recommend keeping one buffer day to avoid missing flights or trains due to delays.

6. If a traveler causes delay and the trek is not completed by 2 p.m. on Day 3, ₹12,000 vehicle charges will apply. If multiple travelers are responsible, the amount will be shared among them.

7. The vehicle will leave only after all travelers return together. If you return early and have to wait, the company is not responsible.

8. Seats are not fixed and are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. The company is not responsible for seat preferences.

9. If you are unable to complete the trek, the company is not responsible.

10. The trek guide is a certified mountaineer. All travelers must stay with the trek leader and follow instructions. If you separate from the group, the company is not responsible.

11. In adventure treks, only a trek guide is provided; no trip leader is included.

12. At pickup, a company representative, driver, or staff member will assist you.

13. The company is not responsible for accidents, weather issues, oxygen-related problems, injuries, or any unforeseen incidents during the trip.

14. If any traveler is found consuming alcohol/substances or misbehaving with staff/team members, they will be removed from the trip immediately without any refund.

15. If you take a discounted package, certain services may be compromised accordingly.

16. The token amount is non-refundable unless the trip is canceled by the company.

17. If you are late at pickup time, the vehicle will not wait, and the company will not provide any refund or compensation.

18. You must complete 70% payment at least 48 hours before the trip starts. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund. 

19. Customized and Private Tours: In the case of customized or private tours, if we are able to provide a receipt, we will do so; however, the agreement made via our WhatsApp chat will remain the binding deal. You cannot request a receipt from us, as the final terms of your booking will be considered based on the WhatsApp conversation.

20. Tour Delay: The tour may be delayed by a maximum of 3 to 5 hours due to reasons such as the driver’s health, traffic conditions, other circumstances, or sudden changes in government regulations. No refund will be provided for such delays.

21. Payment Interruption: If any payment is interrupted for any reason, we will end the tour on the spot, and no refund will be provided. We will collect 100% of the payment from you through legal means.

22. Misconduct Towards Staff: If there is any misbehavior or disrespect towards our staff, we reserve the right to end the tour immediately, without any refund.
