Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel the tour on your own or due to a payment interruption, we will not provide any refund, and we will collect 100% of the payment from you.

2. Our cancellation terms are as follows: If you cancel within 7 days, there will be zero refund. If you cancel within 15 days, you will receive a 30% refund. If you cancel within 30 days, you will receive a 50% refund, and the remaining 50% (including the token and advance amount) will be non-refundable. The token and advance amount will not be refunded under any circumstances. Additionally, we will not change the tour date nor provide alternative dates. This is our firm cancellation policy.
